Foundations of Friendship, Leadership and Self-Awareness

Students are navigating friendship shifts, emotional changes, and early identity formation, often without the tools to understand their own behaviour or impact.

Our program helps students build insight, confidence, and emotional maturity at a time it matters most.

Designed for both standalone primary schools and private schools with middle years pathways, this program acts as a feeder into The Knowing Self journey, while standing powerfully on its own.

Delivery Options

Option 1: One Facilitated Session + Term Embedding Pack

A powerful introduction to emotional literacy, friendships, and self-leadership.
You’ll receive:

  • One 45-minute facilitated session per class

  • A Teacher Resource Pack to embed the learning across the term

The pack includes:

  • TKS-aligned writing and wellbeing activities

  • Discussion prompts for social learning

  • Short 5–10 minute reflections

  • Conversation scripts for building connection and values-aligned dialogue

  • Character-led scenarios to build insight and empathy

This is ideal for schools looking to explore The Knowing Self’s approach and begin weaving it into the classroom environment.

Option 2: Two Facilitated Sessions + Term-Long Integration Pack (Recommended)

For schools wanting to create deeper insight and support real culture shifts.

  • Two 45-minute class-based sessions (one per semester)

  • A comprehensive Integration Pack with teacher-led activities to support ongoing learning between and after sessions

This approach gives students time to reflect, revisit, and practise, reinforcing emotional resilience, friendship repair, and personal accountability over time.

  • Understand what’s behind behaviour without excusing it

  • Support stronger friendships and emotional resilience at home
