Come Home to Yourself
Gentle spaces to reflect, reconnect, and grow, at your own pace, in your own way.
Welcome
I'm Amanda.
If you’ve ever felt the pressure to have it all together; to appear polished, certain, or endlessly capable, you’re not alone.
Behind every “should” and every carefully held mask, there’s often a quieter truth, simply waiting to be met.
In my own life, and in the lives of those I work with, growth hasn’t come through perfection, but through honest reflection; through meeting ourselves with curiosity instead of shame; through finding the courage to sit with what lives beneath the surface and meet it with compassion.
This is the heart of The Knowing Self, a gentle, grounded philosophy for living and leading.
It’s the thread that weaves through every space I offer, creating room for honest conversations, emotional truth, and the kind of clarity that only comes from within.
What I believe
When we create space to truly know ourselves, something shifts.
We begin to lead with more empathy, love with greater honesty, and live with deeper presence.
This kind of change might not shout, but it runs deep, and it ripples outward.
The Knowing Self quietly underpins everything I offer. It’s the thread that connects all my work, whether in schools, communities, workshops, or circles.
It’s an invitation back to yourself.
Let’s Begin Where You Are
Whether you’re looking to reconnect with your inner compass, build deeper relationships, or simply find a place to exhale, I offer a few gentle pathways to begin.
You’re not expected to be ready, healed, or certain, all of you is welcome here, especially the parts still finding their way.
The Knowing Self School Program
A whole-school invitation to reflect, reconnect, and lead with humanity.
Our School Program isn’t just another talk, it’s a circuit breaker. Born from lived experience and real stories, it offers students, staff, and parents a fresh way to understand themselves and each other. Through honest conversation and practical frameworks, we go beneath behaviour to the emotions and beliefs that drive it, sparking new empathy and resilience in your school community.
For Students (Years 7–10): A keynote that invites honest self-reflection, reduces shame, and empowers personal leadership.
For Staff: Sessions that help unpack the emotional drivers behind student behaviour, and support meaningful, culture-building change.
For Parents: Guidance on modelling emotional leadership and creating true connection at home.
The Friendship Circle
A monthly gathering for honest conversation, shared learning, and emotional connection—a soft place to land, open to all.
You can join our Closed Facebook here to keep up to date with our calls: Friendship Circle Facebook Group

Seasons of You
An immersive journey for women seeking personal clarity, honest connection, and emotional growth, offered season by season.
If you’ve made it this far…
You already know this is about honest beginnings, small moments of courage, a deeper breath, a choice to listen inward, maybe for the first time in a while.
If that’s where you are, I’d love to walk with you from here.
To know yourself is to open the only door that leads everywhere you wish to go.
You’ve Been Holding So Much
The logistics, the emotions, the invisible weight behind every “I’m fine.”
You hold things together for the people around you; your children, your students, your partner, your team, and somewhere along the way, your own needs soften into the background.
But here’s what I want you to know:
Your voice matters, your longings matter, you matter, beyond what you do for others.
Taking time for yourself isn’t indulgent, it’s a living model of what it means to honour your inner world, something that creates ripple effects for everyone around you.
You don’t need to be fixed, you just need space to remember who you are.
With Kindness and Love,
Amanda xx
